The Bags room is a heavy bag paradise. Each room can host 45-60 fighters. Each fighter gets a dedicated heavy bag and floor space for bodyweight and mat work exercises. This room brings to life the true grit of boxing with it’s under the bridge aesthetics and tranquility. Our high-end speakers pump your favorite beats while numerous TV screens stream the round length, duration and combination so you never feel lost. The Bag room hosts our BAGS and FLOW class Series.
