Dynamic circuit training class designed to enhance strength, conditioning, or both. Each 50-minute session features 12 rounds incorporating cardio, strength exercises, and boxing rounds. Utilizing equipment like suspension trainers, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, kettlebells, and boxing bags, participants engage in a varied and effective workout.
STRENGTH focuses on learning and practicing proper technique, building strength and improving muscular endurance. A few exercises from the TRAIN Series will be taught and performed at high volume while learning about the right tools for the movement.
BAGS is a 50-minute interval-based heavy bag class focused on boxing combinations and floor exercises to strengthen both upper and lower body. Emphasizes boxing fundamentals and conditioning.
MITTS is a 30-minute small group, drill-based technique class focused on teaching proper boxing technique, including shadowboxing and pad work, with 6 rounds. Membership Required.
Round out your Training Camp with the perfect dose of mind-body strength, stretches and balance. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and build physical and mental strength with this all-levels recovery and vinyasa-style practice.
Beat-based and power-based ride focused on building strength, conditioning and endurance. Using Stages Indoor Cycling bikes, the class consists of heavy hills, marches, jogs, and runs allowing all levels to be challenged and perform at their best physically and mentally.
Provides open access to the facility for your own workout. All rooms not in class session are accessible. Jump on a tread, pick up a kettlebell, or start punching a bag! The gym is yours.
