Train

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, conditioning, or both! Classes may include cardio and strength rounds using stations such as suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, dumbbells and more.

Class Details: 50-minute class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Road

ROAD is a dynamic, interval-based treadmill and strength training class designed to build endurance and sculpt your body. In this 50-minute session, you’ll alternate between 12 rounds of high-intensity treadmill intervals—including sprints, hills, and endurance runs—and focused floor work to strengthen and tone.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Strength

STRENGTH focuses on mastering proper technique, building strength, and enhancing muscular endurance. You'll perform high-volume exercises from the TRAIN series while learning to use the right tools for each movement.

Yoga

YOGA offers the perfect balance of mind-body strength, stretching, and relaxation. This all-levels vinyasa-style practice challenges your body, calms your mind, and builds both physical and mental resilience, promoting overall wellness and recovery.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. Please bring a yoga mat. If you don't have one, Lululemon yoga mats are provided for club members. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Bags

BAGS is an interval-based heavy bag class that combines boxing combinations with floor exercises to strengthen both the upper and lower body. This 50-minute class emphasizes boxing fundamentals and conditioning.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. 12 Rounds. Boxing gloves and wraps are required and can be purchased from our pro shop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Cycle

CYCLE is a beat-driven, power-based ride designed to build strength, conditioning, and endurance. Utilizing Stages Indoor Cycling bikes, this 50-minute class features challenging hills, marches, jogs, and runs, pushing you to perform at your best both physically and mentally. This high-energy workout enhances cardiovascular health, boosts stamina, and strengthens muscles, making it suitable for all levels.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. Regular tennis shoes are accepted, as compatible SPD clip shoes are not provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Open Gym provides open access to the facility for your own workout. All rooms not in class session are accessible. Jump on a tread, pick up a kettlebell, or start punching a bag! The gym is yours.

Mitts

MITTS is a small-group, drill-based class focused on teaching proper boxing technique through shadowboxing and pad work. This training method, where one person wears padded mitts while the other practices punching combinations, is designed to improve hand-eye coordination, speed, and cardiovascular fitness.

CLASS DETAILS: 30-minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps are required. All levels are welcome. Members-only class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
