What’s your name, where are you from, and what do you do?

I’m Erin and I’m from Asheville, North Carolina. By day I help health and fitness brands with social strategy and influencer marketing, and before and after work I teach fitness classes all around Boston. With a side of fitness modeling and blogging.

What makes you a fighter?

Being a fighter is a mindset. It’s about pushing forward always. It’s about not settling for what you did yesterday but challenging yourself today. I believe in myself and my ability more than anyone else ever will. An innate knowledge that I can. And that I will. Whatever challenge I chose, will be conquered. I believe we all have that fight in us, it’s who we are. EBF is about helping you find your fight. What’s your why, own that, and never settle.

What do you fight for?

First and foremost I fight for me. To improve myself, because we have to be our best selves before we can give our gifts to others. But my joy in life is helping people “find their fight“. There’s nothing I love more than seeing someone conquer their “Mt. Everest”. Seeing that drive on their face, nothing is stopping them. I fight to be my best self so that I can help others fight for themselves.

What inspires you to take the hits and keep on fighting?

My mantra is Chase Joy. It’s about finding your purpose in life and owning it, chasing it everyday. So every morning I say two things to myself, “This is your sacred time to be fearless” and “Chase Joy”. It’s a life I choose to live, and a choice I wake up and actively make every day. One that no matter what obstacles come, I’m hurdling them because I’m chasing my passion. Training, teaching, helping people, that’s my joy. Choose to participate in your life. Chase joy.

If you could fight side-by-side with one person, past or present, who would it be?

One?! Ah, Cameron Diaz. I love her. She’s a badass, and a leader in the health and fitness world. I also think she’d be a kickass workout partner.

What is your Fight Fuel?

Protein overnight oats <3 Everyday.

What is your Fight Song?

Anything by Hedley… is that cheesy? Don’t care. On repeat.

What’s your favorite EverybodyFights class?

BAGSxBEATS! That class makes me feel fierce and it’s an awesome total body workout.

Who is your favorite EverybodyFights Trainer, and why?

Who isn’t in love with Eliza?!

How do you Fight It Forward?

I teach people to find their fight! My classes are about me pushing you to get to your best. I’m there as your coach, your cheerleader, your #1.
