Need another way to eat chia seeds? Push that chia pudding, smoothie or overnight oats aside. Top your typical slice of peanut butter toast with some chia! The omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds will help keep your heart pumping, blood flowing and get you through that TRAINx360 class!

Chia Toast Recipe

(serves 1)


1 slice of 100% whole grain bread

1 Tbsp natural nut butter

1 tsp honey

1/2 Tbsp chia seeds


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Top with peanut butter and honey. Sprinkle on the chia.
