This Women’s Boxing Event Will Combine Fitness & Philanthropy
On Thursday, January 22 join the philanthropic group TUGG and the non-profit organizationDream Big! for a fitness event held at The Club by George Foreman III. Aside from leaving this event sweaty, we’re sure you’ll feel inspired as well.
According to their site, this healthy event is a “unique networking opportunity that combines fitness and philanthropy.” Not only will you be participating in The Club’s signature class, BoxFIIT360, but you’ll also have the opportunity to network and mingle post-workout.
Innovators and athletes alike will gather at this Fort Point fitness facility Thursday beginning at 6:45 p.m. The 45-minute BoxFiit class kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and will combine cardio, strength and boxing techniques for a challenging total body workout.
EBF Fundraiser – Tickets to this event are $40 and include the workout, a complimentary three-pack of classes to The Club as well as a post-workout networking event and silent auction benefiting Dream Big!. Silent auction donors include local fitness studios btone Fitness, BURN Fitness, The Club by George Foreman III and Exhale Spa along with Bella Sante Spa, Alibi Bar & Lounge and Row 34.
Not only will you feel strong after this tough fitness class, you can leave happy knowing proceeds to this event go directly to Dream Big!.
As their site states, “Your donations will help provide low income and homeless girls with the basic items and fees needed for them to participate in sports and physical activities that contribute to their health, education and overall well-being.”
Time to sign up, Boston. The boxing ring awaits you. EBF Fundraiser
