YOGA | Sculpt (Heated)
This is an all-levels, high-energy fusion of yoga-inspired movement and strength training. Flowing sequences are paired with light weights and intentional core work to build heat, tone muscle, and improve endurance. Set to motivating playlists, this class delivers a full-body burn while maintaining the breath, balance, and mindfulness of a yoga-based practice. Class is heated.
YOGA | Recovery
This is an all-levels yoga class – YOGA | recover allows you to round out your Training Camp with the perfect dose of mind-body stretches and balance. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and reduce stress with this all-levels recovery and vinyasa-style practice against the backdrop of our yogis’ favorite playlists. YOGA | recover emphasizes long stretches, mobility, and calmness.
CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. Please bring a yoga mat. If you don’t have one, Lululemon yoga mats are provided for club members. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
