Strength

This class is a progressive overload program designed to improve your movement and deepen your understanding of exercises, utilizing a non-circuit format. The structure consists of 6 rounds, with 5-6 exercises per class.

  • Rounds 1-3: Focus on learning the movement, building comfort, using lighter weight, and aiming for higher repetitions.
  • Rounds 4-6: Once confidence is established, the focus shifts to using heavier weight and performing fewer repetitions.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. 12 Rounds. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
