Utilizing Stages Indoor Cycling bikes, this 50-minute class features challenging hills, marches, jogs, and runs, pushing you to perform at your best both physically and mentally. This high-energy workout enhances cardiovascular health, boosts stamina, and strengthens muscles, making it suitable for all levels.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. Regular tennis shoes are accepted, as compatible SPD clip shoes are not provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
