I’ve been boxing since 2015 and am a NASM CPT & PES. Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, tough, and fun. My classes will always focus on teaching you one aspect of boxing or one movement so get ready to learn something new. My favorite class to teach is Train because it has a little bit of EVERYTHING!
