As soon as it’s time for class to start, we all leave our baggage at the door and are together in our fight for 50 minutes. My classes are focused on creating a sense of community while allowing everyone to feel personally empowered and challenged. And I LOVE music….especially angsty early 2000s music. So expect a lot of Good Charlotte and Fall Out Boy. I’ve been called a firecracker, coffee bean, and human embodiment of a dance party. I’ll take ’em all as a compliment. What I Fight For: To end comparison — allow your body and mind to be YOURS, learn how to own it, and fight alongside it.
