Boxing has helped me grow as an individual by getting physically and mentally stronger. The sport teaches hard work ethic, motivation to be consistent, and to learn something new every day. My style of coaching is to prove to everyone they are capable of reaching their goals with the proper approach. I make every class and every session true to the basic fundamentals of boxing while adding new tricks and tools to add to the toolbox. This will help you develop your own style so you can grow as a fighter. What I fight for: Watching every individual leave a class or personal training session with a smile on their face and having that special look as if a weight has been lifted off their chest.
