My most important goal is for you to have so much fun in my class that you completely forget about the workout. My classes are a full on dance party mixed with non-stop energy, whether it is morning or night. I grew up doing professional musical theatre and dance, which started my passion for fitness and movement at a young age. Since then, I have learned how to fully channel my love for performing into fitness training. Outside of the gym, you can catch me with my two goldendoodles and tracking down the best Bloody Mary in Boston. For my day-to-day, I am an an HR Leader and executive coach. Why I Fight? I fight for the sole reason of helping others’ love themselves just a little harder—showing them their power and capability to do hard s**t.
