I grew up an athlete, a performer, and an explorer — naturally this led me to fall in love with movement. I’ve spent the last 10 years in the Boston fitness scene, and I’m joining the fight with a passion for building a strong and supportive community. I can’t promise my classes will be perfect, but I can promise you will always be welcomed and motivated to give your best.. and your best will ALWAYS be enough. My classes are high energy, precise, form focused, and, most of all, fun! When I’m not training, I love to travel (30 countries and counting), hang out with my pups Pete and Lola, cheer on the Bruins, collect tattoos and win at bar trivia. In a past life, I was a bartender, so if you need to ease the pain after a good workout, ask me for my favorite cocktail recipe. What I fight for: I fight for a FEELING. We spend so much time comparing or hyper focusing on what we’re “supposed” to be, we often forget what’s best about a good workout: the way it makes us FEEL.
