This high-intensity, circuit-based class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning. By creating peaks and recoveries in heart rate though the given intervals, the workout challenges your system in a way that drives consistent progress week after week

TRAIN | hybrid

TRAIN | hybrid is a high-intensity circuit class designed to build serious conditioning, muscular endurance, and mental grit. Each week spotlights a specific HYROX movement paired with cardio and strength intervals in an AMRAP or station-based format. Expect rowers, ski ergs, bikes, turf work, and functional tools like kettlebells, wall balls, and more.

Whether you’re training for your next HYROX or just want to train hard this class will push your engine and elevate your performance.

Class Details: 50-minute class. 12-20 Stations. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
