In this 90-minute session, capped at 25 participants, you’ll learn the fundamentals of HYROX, including the format, movements, and strategy behind the sport. Whether you’re new to functional fitness or just curious about the HYROX hype, this workshop will break it all down with coach-led instruction and a scaled-down version of the race itself.
