As a former college athlete, movement has always been part of my identity, but it wasn’t until I found Pilates that I learned the power of slowing down. Pilates taught me that strength isn’t just about pushing harder, it’s about moving with purpose, control, and connection. My classes blend the classic principles of Pilates with functional, modern movement so you can build stability, mobility, and resilience that carries beyond the studio. Expect intentional movement, deep core work, and a focus on quality over quantity. When I’m not teaching, you can find me on a long walk listening to Giggly Squad, trying a new coffee shop, or in the kitchen baking chocolate chip cookies. I fight to build resilient movers who carry strength and confidence beyond the studio.
