BAGS is an intense, 50-minute, 12-round, interval-based heavy bag class designed to simulate a real fight. You’ll execute boxing combinations combined with challenging floor exercises to build both upper and lower body strength while significantly boosting your cardiovascular endurance.

CLASS DETAILS: 50-minute class. 12 Rounds. Boxing gloves and wraps are required and can be purchased from our pro shop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
