When you come to my classes, you can expect to leave feeling empowered, strong, and a better version of yourself. My favorite classes to teach are ROAD because I love turning non-runners into running lovers and BAGS because the energy is intense and it’s great stress relief. One of my favorite exercises is burpees…you’ve been warned! Outside of the gym, I like to cook, take long walks around the city, explore new restaurants, and spend time with my family and friends.
