EVERYBODYFIGHTS TO OPEN 28,000 SQ FT FLAGSHIP GYM AT HOOD PARK IN CHARLESTOWN, MA

Boston, MA — January 8, 2026 — EverybodyFights (EBF), Boston’s 11-time Best Gym and community-centered fitness brand, has signed a lease for a 28,000 square-foot flagship location at Hood Park, the dynamic mixed-use development in Charlestown. This strategic expansion will bring EBF’s signature programming and community ethos to one of Greater Boston’s most exciting live-work-play destinations.

EverybodyFights’ Charlestown expansion builds on the brand’s proven success across Boston, following the opening of its Seaport location at 25 Drydock Avenue in a fast-growing waterfront district that mirrors Hood Park’s focus on density, community, and lifestyle integration. This growth is anchored by EverybodyFights’ longest-standing location, Financial District at 1 Federal Street in Downtown Boston, which has served as the foundation of the brand’s loyal member base and urban presence for years. Together, the Financial District, Seaport, and Charlestown locations support a broader expansion strategy designed to meet members where Boston continues to grow, with additional locations planned in the years ahead.

David Bergeron, Chief Operating Officer of EverybodyFights, said, “EverybodyFights transcends the conventional gym experience by bringing everyone together under one roof to create a true community. Our members are fighting for strength, resilience, confidence and connection, and we’re proud to offer a space at Hood Park that supports those journeys alongside the best trainers and team in Boston.”

The new Charlestown gym will offer a full suite of fitness and wellness amenities, including:

  • 28,000 square feet of training and class space
  • Over 150 weekly classes, including TRAIN (circuit), BAGS, ROAD, RECOVERY, and REFORMER PILATES, plus OPEN GYM sessions and PERSONAL TRAINING.
  • Wellness and recovery features: infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, Normatec recovery tools, and Post Physical Therapy on site
  • Spacious locker rooms and a dedicated member lounge
  • Easy access via transit and parking options within Hood Park, including free 3-hour parking at Hood Park’s on-site parking garage

“We’re excited to welcome EverybodyFights to the Hood Park campus,” said Chris Kaneb, Manager of Hood Park, LLC. “From fitness to a diverse array of local retail and dining, our campus offers something for everyone. EverybodyFights complements our community and helps make Hood Park an even more dynamic and welcoming place for residents, tenants, and the broader Charlestown community.”

Hood Park has transformed the historic 20-acre Hood Milk site near Sullivan Square into a vibrant, walkable urban destination featuring residential buildings, unique hyper-local retail, diverse dining and entertainment offerings, and office and lab space for some of the most cutting-edge climate-tech and life science companies in Greater Boston. The community-oriented site features year-round festivals and programming, including movie nights, food trucks, beer gardens, and fitness pop-ups, and a network of parks and green spaces that members of Everybody Fights will be able to enjoy.

With a legacy built on resilience, inclusivity, and community impact, EverybodyFights’ expansion into Charlestown represents more than a new gym — it’s the next chapter in a mission that has shaped Boston’s fitness culture for over a decade.
