All of our classes can be modified for different fitness levels. We have 15 types of classes in 5 different categories:
- Fight Classes focus on TECHNIQUE
- Road Classes focus on ENDURANCE
- Train Classes focus on CIRCUIT TRAINING
- Bags Classes focus on BAG WORK
- Flow Classes focus on RESTORATION
We do recommend first timers coming 10-15 minutes before class to get wrapped and meet the class trainer. All trainers are available 5 minutes before class to introduce themselves to anyone who may be new.
