FIGHT is a technique drill-based training series focused on teaching you proper boxing technique, strategy and style. FIGHT classes are taught by active boxing coaches, competitive amateur boxers and pro boxers.
Recovery is key to any fighters training camp. Our Flow series creates hybrid classes in the BAG and TRAIN series that provides 30 minutes of high intensity and 30 minutes of recovery. Our staple 60 minute recovery class is FLOW and is the focal point of our Recovery Sundays.
An hour of yoga, stretching, mindfulness, and meditation designed to help you recover and restore. Led by a certified yoga teacher, this class perfectly rounds out your EverybodyFights routine.
