FIGHT is a technique drill-based training series focused on teaching you proper boxing technique, strategy and style. FIGHT classes are taught by active boxing coaches, competitive amateur boxers and or pro boxers. Includes Ring Work, Gloves, Wraps and Mittwork
Recovery is key to any fighters training camp. Flow Recovery classes are the focal point of our Recovery Sundays in our Bags Class Room. Includes breathing exercises, stretching, meditation and yoga poses.
