Training Camp: Test Out
Elements of the Test:
The test will consist of:
Skills Test – 3 minute Rounds
2 Rounds of shadowboxing, showing mastery of punches 1-10, duck, pull, slip and your foundational footwork: moving forward, back, left, right and circular shuffle
3 Rounds of simulated sparring with a trainer (on mitts)
Must throw 125 punches Per Round
Must not be hit by more than 20 punches
Jump Rope: 3 min
3 sets of 20 Push Ups
3 Sets Of 15 Medicine Ball Slams
Row 1000 Meters in 5 min
Run 1 Mile in 9 minutes
Throw 300 Punches on the bag
