We have made some updates to our FLOW class series to better fit our training camp and schedule.

We are now offering three variations: 

 

  • FLOWxYOGA| Our EverybodyFights all-levels yoga class—this Vinyasa-style practice is the perfect dose of mind-body strength and balance for yogis, boxers, and yogi-boxers. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and de-stress against the backdrop of upbeat (hip hop) or mellow (unwind) playlists. CLASS DETAILS: 60 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Mats provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

 

  • FLOWxCORE30| A killer core class that draws upon the strength of the instructor to create the best combination of exercises to strengthen the physical center of your body, allowing you to get the most out of your strength and boxing classes. Recognizing the importance of core strength for performance and injury prevention, this class is sure to become a “core” component of your Training Camp. CLASS DETAILS: 30 minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Mats provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

 

  • FLOWxRECOVERY30| Unwind, recharge, and prevent injury with our signature recovery class. Learn how to integrate healing and realignment into your weekly routine as our trainers guide you through a series of stretches and restorative movements. This class is ideal for recovery days and anyone in need of mind/body reboot. CLASS DETAILS: 30 minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Mats provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
