TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, conditioning, or both! Classes may include cardio, strength, and boxing rounds using stations such as suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags, and more.

Bags
BAGS is an interval-based heavy bag class that focuses on teaching boxing combinations combined with floor exercises to help build the upper and lower body. This 50 minute class will focus on teaching boxing fundamentals and conditioning.

MITTS is a small group, drill-based technique class focused on teaching you proper boxing technique, shadowboxing and pad work.

Yoga
YOGA allows you to round out your Training Camp with the perfect dose of mind-body strength, stretches and balance. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and build physical and mental strength with this all-levels recovery and vinyasa-style practice.

Cycle
CYCLE is a beat-based and power-based ride focused on building strength, conditioning and endurance. Using Stages Indoor Cycling bikes, the class consists of heavy hills, marches, jogs, and runs allowing all levels to be challenged and perform at their best physically and mentally.
Class Details: 50 minute class. Regular tennis shoes accepted as compatible SPD clip shoes are not provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Open Gym
Open Gym provides open access to the facility for your own workout. All rooms not in class session are accessible. Jump on a tread, pick up a kettlebell, or start punching a bag! The gym is yours.
